Los Indianos La Palma

One of the celebrations is held in Santa Cruz de La Palma from 1920 which is known as “Los Indianos”. This event represents the return of emigrants from the Americas, who came back to the island wealthier. So every participant has to dress in white (Cuban style), dance Cuban sounds and throw talcum powder (which has replaced the flour they threw when the celebration was born).
